Privacy

This policy explains the limited information JumperBrain, Inc. holds when you use the Mac app or contact us. The public website collects nothing.

The website

The JumperBrain website does not collect personal information. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising code, tracking pixels, or other tracking technology. It has no forms or website accounts.

Because the website does not track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its behavior. No third party collects information about your activity across other websites through the JumperBrain website.

If you choose to email us, your message is handled by your email provider and ours, not by the website. We receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include.

The Mac app runs locally

JumperBrain runs on your own Mac and coordinates the AI tools you choose. Your source code and repository contents are not sent to JumperBrain.

Third-party AI tools have their own data practices and terms. Information those tools receive is controlled by your configuration and your agreement with each provider.

Diagnostic information is designed not to include source code or repository contents. JumperBrain does not use account or diagnostic information for advertising.

How we use information

We use account and diagnostic information to provide beta access, manage accounts and licenses, secure the service, deliver updates, respond to support requests, investigate failures, and understand app reliability.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers may process limited information for account hosting, software delivery, diagnostics, email, or security. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, JumperBrain, or others from harm.

We keep account information while your account or beta access remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep diagnostic information only as long as reasonably needed for reliability, security, and support. We may retain information longer when the law requires it or when needed to resolve a dispute or protect the service.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request that we correct or delete it. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
